ARMA BigBag adopts an environmentally, socially, and future-oriented approach across all its processes, from production to logistics. Sustainability is our core management principle, progressing on the axis of resource efficiency, climate impact reduction, and social benefit.
Green Energy and Decarbonization
At the center of our climate goals lies energy transformation. We aim to increase the share of renewable energy use each year, implementing solutions such as rooftop solar systems and green energy procurement where applicable. Through high-efficiency equipment, automation, and waste heat recovery systems, we systematically reduce emissions per kWh and apply reduction-focused roadmaps for remaining emissions.
Eco-Friendly Production
Our production lines are designed with a minimum waste – maximum efficiency principle. Recyclable PP (polypropylene)-based raw materials are prioritized; process waste is separated at source, directed to recycling, and contributes to the circular economy. Energy and water consumption are measured, monitored, and improved.
Water and Waste Management
Through closed-loop systems, leakage prevention, and process optimization, we reduce our water footprint. Hazardous and non-hazardous wastes are managed in compliance with regulations; we aim to continuously increase our reuse and recycling rates every year.
Social Responsibility and Employee Wellbeing
Our sustainability approach goes beyond the environment. We focus on people through the principles of equal opportunity, a strong occupational health and safety culture, continuous training, and skill development. We contribute to regional employment, collaborate with local stakeholders, and support community-benefit projects.
Supply Chain and Traceability
We evaluate our suppliers based on environmental and ethical performance criteria, and we regularly monitor material safety, quality standards, and legal compliance. By ensuring traceability throughout the entire product lifecycle, we operate a transparent and responsible supply chain.
Future-Friendly Technology and Innovation
We integrate digital monitoring and automation systems that aim for higher efficiency with lower energy use. In product design, we prioritize lightweighting, reusability, and recyclability; through R&D, we continuously develop materials and processes that reduce our environmental impact.
